Known as Sydney’s ‘healthiest’ workplace, Barrack Place is the first building in Australia to receive WELL Core and Shell Gold Precertification and Platinum rating from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), and achieve a Green Star Office Design v3 certification from the Green Building Council of Australia.
Our design for Barrack Place delivers a modern office building that responds to the context and heritage of the site with distinctive brickwork that complements its neighbouring buildings and provides a unique lane network defining a highly permeable ground plane.
