Allianz Workplace, Adelaide

Our interior fit-out for Allianz Australia’s Adelaide workplace introduces a new look and feel to the brand, with spaces designed for employee wellbeing.

The fit-out includes a range of flexible workspaces – from informal meeting zones to quiet, plant-filled retreats – all connected by a large, central staircase and a colourful ‘street’.

The stairs, strategically positioned back-of-house around social and respite zones, encourages staff connection and communication across floors.

In addition to offering seamless connectivity, integrated technology allows employees to move effortlessly between different work points, meeting spaces, and collaboration zones, enhancing their ability to serve customers effectively.

Colour, materials and artwork set the mood

Our palette and materials define the mood of the spaces, with bright colours in the central street creating an invigorating atmosphere and green tones and warm timbers bringing calm to the retreat areas.

Lush landscaping and access to natural light further strengthen connections to nature to enhance wellbeing.

Engaging First Nations artisans, the design features installations of suspended woven sculptures and rich, dramatically-coloured artworks, adding cultural significance and vibrancy to the stair void.

Architectus also collaborated with Allianz Australia on the interiors of their Brisbane workplace.
