Pinnacle Park is an extension of an existing local park in the Hills of Home community in Glenmore Park.
The site was constrained by the need to retain a significant stand of trees and grassland vegetation. While valuable from an environmental perspective, this created significant challenges to accessibility given we had to maintain existing levels on the site.
Our design for the play space takes advantage of these available levels, incorporating nature play, formal play, and a small bike loop for young children.
With a limited budget and constrained site, we aimed to maximise play value and create an attractive space for the local residential community.
