Designed to touch the ground lightly, NATURA Macquarie Park embraces its natural setting to create a place that feels more like a ‘residential resort’ than typical apartments, lifting the standard for premium developments in the process.
The two, 20-storey buildings over a shared podium are situated in a significant ecological corridor of mature trees, nearby waterways and parkland.
Our architects responded to this setting by ‘lifting up’ the buildings, forming generous breezeways and open spaces that also bring more sunlight into the ground level, where residents can relax in a range of communal spaces facing the rich landscape.
A Modernist slant
The buildings offer residents better views and access to the outdoors through an L-shaped alignment – a Modernist slant celebrating the beauty of the right angle.
Quality materials like travertine and sandstone add to the classical feel of NATURA, a place that is in tune with the Sydney climate and lifestyle.
In sync with its setting
The mixed-use development – made up of 330+ 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments – responds not just to its natural environment but also to the evolving Macquarie Park precinct, with nearby Macquarie University and its train station as well as Macquarie Shopping Centre.
NATURA connects into surrounding services and amenities via a shared pedestrian and cycle path along its northern edge – just one of the many features that makes this development more attractive to residents and more in sync with its prime Macquarie Park location.
