Industry Lanes is a precinct development featuring a new generation workplace that draws on the local vernacular and urban amenity of Melbourne’s inner-city neighbourhood of Richmond.

The regeneration of the site at 459-471 Church Street represents a landmark architectural vision and offers contemporary working environments.

Close to parklands, lifestyle offerings, and central Melbourne, the precinct is designed to enhance connections within the neighbourhood, drawing people through the site between Church Street and Brighton Street. An open and inviting street frontage invigorates Shamrock Street and increases activity at ground level.

A connected, communal precinct

The people experience has been curated from public realm through to the workplace environments.

Careful consideration of proportion at the ground interface and layering of textures and materiality transitions the scale and visual impact of the overall project, resulting in an approachable, interconnected and communal precinct.

Offering a range of workplaces that cater to larger tenants, strata and smaller business owners, the precinct includes childcare as proposed in the master plan vision, supporting a balanced work-life model and sustainable workplace strategy.
