Tim is a distinguished architect with nearly 20 years of experience. Renowned for his design focus, he thrives in multidisciplinary teams, bringing enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit to every project. Tim is dedicated to seamlessly integrating client requirements while pushing the boundaries of innovative design.
Before joining Architectus, Tim spent 15 years at Grimshaw Architects, where he rose to the position of Associate Principal in 2017. His primary focus was on the commercial office and mixed-use sectors, where he made significant contributions. A career highlight was his leadership in the successful delivery of the Olderfleet office tower for Mirvac. Over an impressive eight-year journey, Tim guided a large architectural team from town planning through to completion, culminating in the project’s handover in 2020. This project exemplifies the design values Tim champions, showcasing a clear conceptual vision, a vibrant public realm, and meticulous detailing.
Tim has also successfully led notable projects including the 664 Collins Street Office Tower in Docklands for Mirvac, the $250 million redevelopment of Highpoint Shopping Centre in Melbourne, the $550 million Marassi Galleria Retail and Mixed-Use Centre in Bahrain, and the redevelopment of ‘The Galleria’ as part of the South Tower Project at 385 Bourke Street, Melbourne.
