Professional Experience

Stephen Pratt has 15 years of experience in commercial, mixed-use and residential developments. He is interested in the design of tall buildings and sophisticated facade systems. His experience encompasses successful design excellence competitions, team leadership, design development and management of complex client and stakeholder engagement through project delivery.

Stephen’s portfolio includes significant and award-winning commercial and mixed use projects in Sydney including 60 Martin Place, The Ribbon, EY Centre at 200 George Street, ANZ Tower at Liberty Place and Commonwealth Bank Place at Darling Quarter.

Stephen worked in Italy for several years delivering commercial campus developments in Milan and Munich. He is a regular guest lecturer at the University of Queensland and a frequent presenter at industry and trade conferences.
