Sathiya’s attention to detail, analytical skills, and grace under pressure are valuable assets that ensure we design and deliver the most impactful and innovative health care facilities. His high standard of work is reflected in his award-winning projects, including the Queensland Children’s Hospital in Brisbane and the Australian Tropical Science and Innovation Precinct (ATSIP) in Townsville, a joint venture between the CSIRO and James Cook University.

With more than 17 years of experience, Sathiya has led design teams through all project stages, from master planning to contract administration to practical completion.

Drawing on his excellent communication skills and ability to effectively negotiate stakeholder dynamics, Sathiya fosters strong, productive working relationships with our clients, partners, and other project collaborators.
