Romina Richardson

Romina has wide-ranging knowledge and experience in the Education, Health, Multi-Residential and Retail sectors. She is curious about the impact the built environment has on the user and passionately believes that all projects deserve design consideration that provides an opportunity to create meaningful spaces that shape and assist the experience in a positive way.
With experience working in Brisbane and Melbourne, Romina has significantly contributed to a wide breadth of projects including the rollout of over 10 education projects, and the InvoCare National Rollout where she was involved in delivering concept design, feasibility and development applications for a multitude of sites nationally. Romina has recently been involved in a large multi-residential Development Application – Minor Change, where she has utilised her design thinking and contributed to the production team. In the Education sector, Romina has experience preparing project documentation from concept to detailed design as well as project delivery where she managed projects during the construction phase.
Romina is an experienced user in Revit software. She has the capability to develop conceptual sketches into construction drawings, produce complete set of construction drawings and work on projects under strict deadlines.
A good communicator with a high degree of attention to detail, Romina works well within any team and believes that the success of a project is directly related to the success of the team’s collaborative approach with each other and the client. Romina is a passionate person and an asset on any project.
