Richard is an infrastructure and property development specialist who focuses on the strategic aspects of project development, privately financed government projects and infrastructure – primarily Public Private Partnerships (PPP).

With more than 25 years’ experience, Richard has worked across several property industry sectors and procurement models, including project finance and PPP, development and construction. He has specific experience in the health, education, transport, residential, commercial and defence sectors on major projects across Australia, Canada, the US and Hong Kong, in the pre-bid, bid and project delivery phases.

Richard worked as a key member of the Plenary Group and RBS Group/ABN AMRO PPP origination and project delivery teams. More recently, he worked with the Development & Investment group within the John Holland Group, focusing on PPPs and associated property investments and developments. He has also been a successful independent consultant in this field.
