Paul has extensive experience in the design and documentation of transport, education, hotel, residential and master planning projects.

A background in both architecture and construction enhances his ability to oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, from concept to occupancy. He is highly skilled in translating a client’s objectives into meaningful and innovative architecture while ensuring designs are delivered on program and within budget.

After leading many successful projects, Paul is also adept in consultant and stakeholder management and works closely with teams to offer guidance, leadership, and support in a collaborative environment.

His portfolio of major transport infrastructure work includes North East Link EBTA, Melbourne Airport Rail, Suburban Rail Loop, Melbourne Metro Rail Infrastructure Alliance packages, Melbourne Metro Sunshine Signal Control Centre, Belgrave Multi-level Carpark, and Caulfield to Dandenong work for the Level Crossing Removal Project.

He was also a key member of the design team on the Growth Area Schools Project – 10 new primary and secondary schools awarded the Ministerial Award at the 2019 Victorian School Design Awards – and Project Lead for the 2020 schools program including eight new primary schools and early learning centres across Victoria.
