Professional Experience

An architect of significant experience, Paul Jones has worked in studios in England and Australia. Before partially retiring in 2015, he was a Director at Perth’s Jones Coulter Young (JCY) for 30 years.

His portfolio encompasses some of the most challenging contemporary urban design projects in Australia and New Zealand. At JCY, he was instrumental in formulating a new urban direction for the city of Perth. His ability to raise public awareness and achieve change through government partnerships has led to the creation of major public realms throughout Perth.

A leader in education design, in the past 20 years Paul has created innovative campus architecture for tertiary institutions including Curtin University and Edith Cowan University.
