Meiy Tanglao

Meiy is a specialist Health Architect with over 18 years’ experience delivering healthcare projects, with a strong focus on detailed internal fit‑outs and a comprehensive knowledge of the Australasian Health Facility Guidelines. She has extensive experience across both new build projects and complex refurbishments within operational hospital environments.

She has a proven capability in leading project user groups and contributing to robust health planning outcomes, bringing together clinicians, operational staff, and project teams to shape effective and efficient care environments. With a strong background in documentation and services coordination, Meiy specialises in the internal fitout of fixtures, fittings, and equipment across all stages of project delivery, including schematic design, design development, contract documentation, and construction administration.

Prior to joining Architectus, Meiy was an Architect at Studio STH, where she was Clinical Lead on major projects including the Canterbury Hospital Redevelopment and Grafton Base Hospital.
