Marcin has over 28 years’ experience working on projects in Perth and regional Western Australia, delivering a diverse mix of work ranging from large-scale, complex commercial and industrial projects to multi-residential and mixed-use developments.

He is skilled in leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing projects through all phases, with a portfolio spanning resources, industrial, high-rise commercial office, retail, aged care and multi-residential developments.

Marcin is committed to producing well-resolved design and documentation, balancing design excellence with a strong focus on user experience, regulatory compliance, buildability and cost management.
