Leanne is a leader in our Clients + Communications team, shaping how Architectus positions, pursues and secures complex, city-shaping projects.

With over 15 years’ experience across Australia and the UK, she brings a strong understanding of winning work, from early client engagement through to submission and conversion. During her career at Architectus, she has contributed to many of the practice’s most significant project wins.

As National Lead for New Business Systems + Performance, Leanne plays a key role in supporting how we approach winning work at a national level. She focuses on strengthening the systems, insights and strategies that underpin performance, enabling informed decision-making and consistently high-quality submissions.

Her role brings together data, process and experience to support a coordinated and effective approach to growth across the practice. She works closely with leadership and project teams to translate strategic priorities into clear, targeted pursuit strategies that respond directly to client needs.
