Kirstie is a Senior Associate with extensive experience across a variety of health, public, civic, commercial and interior design projects, specialising in laboratory design and documentation across the health and university sectors. She is passionate about people-centred design; creating spaces that focus on an in-depth understanding of the requirements of all users and stakeholders.

Kirstie understands the importance of rigour in design, constantly evaluating design decisions and processes to achieve the best quality outcome for the client and project. Laboratory design and documentation calls upon detailed synthesis of highly technical and specialist spaces, with workplace design excellence. She applies this mindset to all project work, from initial design strategies and planning concepts, to detailing and documentation. Kirstie understands the necessity of adhering to time and cost restraints; working diligently to exceed client expectations.
