Kim is passionate about working with clients to create health, education, and public places that are welcoming, restorative, and human centred. Her focus is the design of healing patient environments, with specialist expertise in hospital campus master planning and staging and decanting strategies.

Kim excels at facilitation and consultation with user groups and project partners, taking a highly collaborative approach to the design process that leads to outcomes that are both functional and innovative.

With nearly 20 years in the industry, she’s contributed to the design and delivery of major acute hospital projects across New South Wales, Queensland, and the Australian Capital Territory. Her portfolio includes award-winning work such as the Canberra Hospital Expansion and Prince of Wales Hospital Redevelopment.

Her experience also spans regional health projects such as the Kempsey, Bundaberg, and Sutherland Hospitals, as well as strategic bids like the Sunshine Coast PPP and Adelaide Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

Prior to joining Architectus, Kim was a Practice Director at BVN Architecture.
