Jayden is a natural problem solver with a knack for uncovering solutions to complex issues and distilling numerous ideas into one cohesive project vision. A versatile designer, he has worked across a range of sectors, including education, public, transport, infrastructure, justice and defence.

He has experience leading project teams that incorporate a mix of structural and servicing consultants, suppliers and specialists – and he knows how to synthesise their expertise to achieve the best outcome for clients.

Jayden enjoys the technical side of design, developing exceptional skills in 3D modelling along with a proficiency in the systems and processes involved in complex design and construction documentation. Applying his deep interest in tectonics to that work, he is able to integrate a project’s structure, design details and materiality with stringent technical, security, logistical and operational requirements.

An accredited Green Star Professional, Jayden is committed to ecological design and renewable materials that also meet all the functional needs, construction values and regulatory requirements of a project.
