With over two decades of experience in architecture in Australia and the UK, Janine has worked on many complex, award-winning developments, illustrating her strong leadership skills and creativity.
Janine believes the built environment plays a major role in shaping our interactions and our communities. This has been an important driver in her career, which has seen her pushing toward design excellence, performance and quality, from creative inception through to delivery.
Janine has experience across a wide range of sectors, including data centres, defence facilities, industrial and commercial developments, and adaptive reuse and asset renewal. With strong skills in stakeholder engagement, design development, construction, and contract administration, she has successfully led teams to deliver projects of varying scales and typologies.
Over the past decade, Janine’s focus on highly secure, operational and technical environments has seen her extend her skills in risk management, compliance and efficient project delivery while fostering clear communication between technical stakeholders, operators and end users. This ensures that complex requirements are translated into practical, buildable and future-ready solutions.
