Izzie spent years practicing architecture before pivoting to address the industry’s most persistent challenge: its ability to communicate value.
As our National Communications Manager, she brings a unique combination of firsthand experience in architecture and fluency in digital audiences, storytelling, and brand authenticity.
Outside of her role at Architectus, Izzie has built a following on social media as one of the architectural industry’s leading advocates for better built outcomes in our cities. She recently won the Bates Smart Award for Advocacy across the state of Victoria, hosted by the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA) and was a 2026 recipient of the Australian Design Review’s 30 under 30 award for her online media.
Highly motivated by environmentally responsible architecture, Izzie has also volunteered for Architects Declare and led Architectus’ first Impact Report to push for better outcomes in built projects.
