David is a respected and experienced architect with over 20 years in the industry. He is highly skilled in project management with a track record of delivering projects that exceed client expectations.
David demonstrates exceptional organisational and communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships. He understands the importance of communication and problem solving in the successful delivery of projects and ensures the project team is motivated and engaged. Early interface and communication of project requirements has seen David produce structured, organised and respected project plans and project team responsibilities.
Actively leading project teams, David liaises with a variety of consultants to ensure deadlines are met. Having worked with private, commercial and government clients, David has a broad understanding of what drives each client type and how essential their input is to the team’s deliverables.
David has led projects from the feasibility stage through to contract administration during construction which has equipped him with the construction knowledge to produce efficient, clear and constructible documentation. An advocate for technology evolution. David explores the latest avenues for understanding existing conditions, design development, documentation coordination and production, as well as post construction advice.
