Cristian is a highly skilled architect who combines design ambition and excellence with rigorous delivery outcomes.
Over the past 20+ years, he’s established an impressive portfolio of award-winning, technically complex projects across a range of sectors, from transport infrastructure to public architecture.
Cristian led the delivery team on Sydney Metro Martin Place – one of the most significant infrastructure developments in New South Wales – as well as one of the largest certified Passivhaus buildings in the Southern Hemisphere, the Woodside Building for Technology and Design at Monash University. The building went on to earn both the 2021 Sir Zelman Cowen Award for Public Architecture and the 2021 Victorian Architecture Medal.
At Architectus, Cristian is focusing on critical infrastructure projects such as data centres.
Before joining us, he held senior roles at several design practices in Australia, including Grimshaw and BVN.
