Professional Experience

Colm Donnelly has 15 years of experience in architecture. His extensive international portfolio comprises mixed-use, high-end private residential, largescale hospitality, industrial and multi-residential projects. He enjoys working on diverse projects that bring new experiences and learning. While most of Colm’s experience has been in mixed-use and multi-residential, he also has an ongoing interest in hospitality and public works.

Before relocating to Australia in 2010, Colm previously worked in architectural practices in the UK, Serbia and New Zealand. In Australia, he worked at an integrated design and construction practice where he collaborated with other designers and the inhouse construction team to achieve progressive architectural outcomes.

Colm is responsible for the planning, direction and coordination for projects during all phases. An integral member of the Perth management team, he assists with office processes, including staff resourcing, business development and project procurement.

An agile professional with strong skills coordinating projects, Colm establishes strong collaborative relationships with new and existing clients, contractors and stakeholders. These relationships underpin Colm’s comprehensive understanding of client visions, which is in turn reflected in project outcomes.

Colm has 14 years of experience using Revit; he has harnessed the technology on fully coordinated BIM projects and overseen teams performing Revit drafting.
