A pragmatic, skilled and forward-thinking business leader, he has driven organisational efficiencies to see revenue multiply, senior staff and shareholders quadruple, and operations expand to hundreds of employees across studios in five national capital cities.

Barry excels in building resilient organisations that are adaptable to future change. Working in consultation with the CEO and fellow Board members, he has been instrumental in defining and implementing Architectus’ strategic vision. By investing in strong leadership and establishing clear growth opportunities, he instils a high-performance ethos that empowers talented people to develop and achieve in their careers.

More than 30 years of experience underpin Barry’s rigorous understanding of market realities and his ability to respond to complex situations practically. His diverse career has seen him work in Asia, the United Kingdom and Australia across various business sectors including construction, engineering, hospitality, finance, and environmental services. He has led several new joint ventures and been responsible for executing and managing large mergers and acquisitions.
