Professional Experience

Andrew Sant joined Architectus in 2016 and has over 15 years’ experience working in private and public sectors on commercial, residential and mixed use projects. Andrew has also worked on numerous education projects, both nationally and internationally, prior to joining Architectus he led the development of a 1,300-bed student village for the University of Liverpool. Currently, he is responsible for the delivery and coordination of
the interior packages for the Macquarie University Central Courtyard Precinct.

As an experienced leader, Andrew can manage all stages of a project from planning approval through to completion, working closely with the client and design team, whilst maintaining strong relationships with contractors and sub-consultants. Having worked on various projects through documentation and tender stages, Andrew has knowledge and experience in detailed design solutions, risk minimising and on-site construction coordination.
