Professional Experience

As Financial Controller, Andrew Coates oversees the finance and accounting functions including financial and management reporting, budgeting, cash flow and financial analysis.

A chartered accountant with 25 years of experience, he has worked in senior finance positions across the architecture, property and education industries in both small and large practice. He is a skilled negotiator and planner with significant experience in team building, business management and operations.

Within a diverse career, Andrew was a Field Umpire with the AFL for 20 years and spent six years as Chairman and mentor for The Helping Hand Project, an organisation that supports young refugees as they navigate new lives in Australia.
