Ray Brown presents 1 Bligh Street at Tall+Urban Innovation Conference

Architectus CEO, Ray Brown will feature alongside Christoph Ingenhoven of Ingenhoven Architects and Peter Morley of Dexus at this year’s Tall + Urban Innovation Conference for their collaboration on the multi-award winning 1 Bligh Street.

Recognised by the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) with the prestigious 10 Year Award of Excellence earlier this year, and Sydney’s first 6-Star Greenstar rated high-rise office tower, 1 Bligh has successfully set the benchmark for other developments to follow.

The vision for 1 Bligh Street was to create a development that would enhance the heart of Sydney CBD’s financial district and create the sustainable workspace of the future. The design concept was to deliver Australia’s most sustainable office tower and be a world-leading exemplar of architectural design, workspace excellence, and enhanced public spaces.

The Tall + Urban Innovation Conference explores and celebrates the very best in innovative tall buildings, urban spaces, building technologies, and construction practices from around the world. Ray Brown, Christoph Ingenhoven and Peter Morley will present their design and delivery process virtually through video.

The conference will be health from 18-20 May 2021. Learn more and register for the conference here.
