Milestone reached for Wynyard Place

Restored heritage Shell House clocktower revealed

Another exciting milestone has been reached in the development of Wynyard Place with the unveiling of the historic Shell House clock tower on Carrington Street in the Sydney CBD. The clock, imported from England and installed in 1938, has spent 26 months in restoration being cleaned and modernised.

The centrepiece of this major new landmark for Sydney city is a 27-level PCA Premium Grade commercial tower (10 Carrington), offering world-class facilities, amenities and finishes. The development also includes boutique office space with the restoration of heritage Shell House and 285 George Street, high-end retail, a revitalised Wynyard Lane and major upgrade to Wynyard Station’s George Street entrance connecting to a grand transit hall and public concourse.
