Five NSW Projects shortlisted for the Property Council Innovation and Excellence Awards

The Property Council of Australia (PCA) recently announced this year’s Innovation and Excellence Awards finalists including multiple Architectus-designed projects.

One of the most prestigious property awards programs in Australia, promoting excellence in design and innovation in the built environment since 1982, the Innovation and Excellence Awards aims to showcase examples of iconic projects in property development and investment across a broad range of sectors and design disciplines.

We’re honoured to have the following Architectus projects recognised in this year’s program:

In addition, Architectus completed the Urban Planning for Ironbark Apartments, Forest Lodge NSW, nominated by Scott Carver and City West Housing and a finalist for Residential Development. The Innovation Quarter at Westmead is also a finalist for Development Innovation, owned and nominated by Charter Hall.

Award winners will be announced at a gala at the International Convention Centre, Sydney in September 2022. View all PCA Innovation and Excellence Awards finalists here.

Congratulations to all involved.
