Construction commences on The Complex precinct

Construction underway on The Complex precinct in Brisbane CBD

We are pleased to announce that construction is underway on the $20m upgrade and repositioning of an entire city block in the Brisbane CBD, known as The Complex precinct, comprising over 52,000 sqm of NLA spread across two commercial towers and an iconic heritage listed building fronting Anzac Square (140 Creek Street, 295 Ann Street and 232 Adelaide Street).

The project involves new podium facades to each street elevation, a dramatic five-storey glazed atrium connecting the three buildings, landscaped courtyard and a comprehensive interior refurbishment of the lobbies, end of trip facilities, and retail across 3 interconnected ground levels.

We look forward to working with Ashe Morgan and Hutchinson Builders to deliver this exciting project by mid-2021.
