Architectus celebrates as two projects receive awards at the Property Council of Australia’s Innovation and Excellence Awards.

 

Bella Vista Gardens and Cranbrook Residences
This project was awarded the ‘Best Retirement Living Development’ at the 2019 Property Council Innovation and Excellence Awards.

The design for retirement living development echoes a high-quality residential environment and sits in sympathy with its surrounding context, providing residents with views to the bush and adjacent Castle Hill Country Club.

Sunshine Coast University Hospital
Receiving the Best Public Building award at the 2019 Property Council Innovation and Excellence Awards; the Sunshine Coast University Hospital (SCUH) project is the largest public healthcare facility in Australia to achieve the building industry’s highest honour with a ‘6-star’ rating under the green star system for its design and operation.
