Barrack Place recognised at the 2020 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards winning the NSW State Development of the Year Award

It’s an honour to see Barrack Place awarded the 2020 Rider Levett Bucknall NSW State Development of the Year in the Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence state awards!

Renowned for being Australia’s ‘healthiest’ office building, Barrack Place was chosen for the various forward thinking wellness principles that have been incorporated into its design, as well as it’s use of smart technology, innovative sustainability features, and vibrant retail precinct, setting a new benchmark of workplace design in NSW.

Architectus Principal Colin Odbert said, “We are extremely excited to hear that Investa’s Barrack Place has been recognised as the 2020 RLB NSW State Development of the Year and are proud to have contributed to the realisation of this fantastic transformational project.
