Back to school for six GASP schools

Six GASP schools officially open for the 2019 school year

Six of the Architectus-designed schools within the Victorian Growth Areas Schools Project (GASP) have opened for the start of the 2019 school year.

Architectus, in a joint venture with K2LD Architecture and Interiors, was selected as Principal Design Consultant for the construction and associated works for GASP.

This significant project connects teaching and learning activities with the latest in research, business activities, and the community at large. As an education strategy, it offers learning pathways and networks from early childhood to higher education years.

Principal and National Education Sector Leader, Mark van den Enden said, “We are privileged to shape the learning experience of so many young people through the design of a large-scale education project such as GASP. We have designed engaging and practical spaces for growing communities to shape the minds of so many children who will use these facilities over the next ten years.”
