Ivan Ip talks ‘density done right’

Associate Ivan Ip shared his insights on ‘density done right for our ageing population’ at the 2019 Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH Chicago) Conference.

Ivan discussed the importance of developing and testing new urban strategies that enable people of all stages in their life to remain engaged, productive and proactive members of society; how cross-pollination of building typologies challenge the traditional role of a building and its purpose, and how an increase in mixed-use developments might influence the future as urban density continues to rise.
