Architectus increases stakeholder engagement online

Architectus increases stakeholder engagement through online forums

Stakeholder engagement doesn’t stop; we are running very fruitful online consultation forums with our clients and the results are amazing.

When COVID-19 physical distancing came into effect and scheduled workshops could not happen in the same physical space, we pivoted to online engagement in a matter of days.

The feedback we have received from our clients has been excellent; we have received the insights and information we need, maintained project momentum and have had a very enjoyable time online with our clients.

While many may argue that the online environment hinders engagement and participation, we discovered an interesting silver lining. The online forum ensures equal input from all participants, meaning there is no sitting silently up the back, everyone has their say.

Watch the video below to find out how we’re increasing engagement with our stakeholders and clients.
