Shaping the future of Sydney Airport

Architectus has been selected for the Sydney Airport Collaborative Framework Panel, which will provide architectural design services for the airport’s future construction program.  

The framework will support Sydney Airport’s ambitious pipeline of projects as it prepares for continued growth and increasing passenger demand. As one of Australia’s most significant transport gateways, the airport plays a critical role in connecting people, places and economies, with more than 42 million passengers travelling through SYD in 2025. 

The upcoming program of works presents an opportunity to create future-focused infrastructure and exceptional traveller experiences while supporting the airport’s continued evolution. The appointment is for an initial five-year term. 

Through the panel, Sydney Airport will procure the design and development of construction projects under a NEC4 collaborative contract model, fostering close partnerships between clients, consultants and delivery teams.
