Evolution of our Innovate RAP another step forward for reconciliation

As a practice, we are continually evolving on our journey to reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Part of this journey has been to develop our second Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), which we’re proud to say has just been endorsed by Reconciliation Australia. You can download our full Innovate RAP here.

Our RAPs have provided us with a framework for prioritising and integrating reconciliation into our practice and design process by working together with First Nations designers and collaborators. As a result, we approach our work differently, with totally new initiatives now in place across many aspects of our business.
