Recognising the depth and breadth of our talent at Architectus

The latest promotions at Architectus reflect the depth and breadth of talent at our practice – expertise that allows us to design with impact alongside clients and other collaborators.

In this round, 57 of our exceptional architects, designers, digital specialists and corporate services staff are being promoted, including a significant number in growing markets such as Brisbane and Perth. This takes our total number of 2025 promotions to 81 people.

The staff being recognised with promotions span our full range of sectors, disciplines, locations and seniority levels.

Associate Principals

Gary Anderson – Infrastructure, Sydney

Prior to our merger, Gary had a long and impressive tenure at Conrad Gargett, where he delivered a range of retail and infrastructure projects. He is now both the Sustainability Leader and Delivery Leader for the Infrastructure sector. Known for his strong work ethic and client focus, Gary has cultivated enduring client relationships that have spanned more than 24 years.

Stuart Uren – Defence, Adelaide

Stuart started his career here in the Delivery sphere before moving into the Defence sector, where he’s become a vital player over the past 18 months. Working on complicated, technical projects, he’s skilled at translating client and stakeholder needs into innovative design solutions. Both a great mentor and leader, he’s a champion of collaboration within our team and with other design disciplines.
