Principal Silvia Cupik joins NAWIC panel discussion

Principal Silvia Cupik participated in a panel discussion with leading industry professionals, Kerryn Coker, Mark Tait, Erin Flaherty and Alison Miramsat NAWIC’s Success Series: Women in Leadership event, hosted by Arup at the Architectus-designed Barrack Place.

The panel took the audience through their unique career journeys, experiences and successes that have led them to the position they’re in today.

Originally from Germany, Silvia provided details on her overseas background – comparing the different geographical work environments, and the initiatives within the industry that improve wellbeing in the workplace and workplace culture.
