Architectus now has a dedicated Landscape Architecture presence in Perth, with the recent arrival of a trio of designers who are well established in the Western Australian market.
Tika Mukherjee (Senior Associate), Qian Yap (Senior Landscape Architect) and Stella Gray Broun (Landscape Architect) have joined our Perth Studio, after working together at former local practice, PLACE Lab, which had an impressive portfolio of public-realm projects including AIA and AILA award winners.
The team’s first major project in WA will be the New Mandurah Hospital, which started construction recently.
In addition to our newest arrivals in Perth, our practice has welcomed a number of other talented designers to our national Landscape team in recent weeks, including Landscape Architects Pepe Liu and Thomas Sykes in Sydney, Senior Associate Matt Moore in Brisbane, and Associate Tom Jones in Melbourne.
Nationally, our team now has 27 Landscape Architects taking on projects across scales and sectors, with more designers being recruited in several of our markets.
“It’s been so fulfilling to establish and expand our landscape offer in just a few short years,” says Principal and Landscape lead, Esther Dickins. “Now we’re looking forward to making a positive impact in WA, working alongside clients and collaborators on everything from city-shaping projects to smaller but no less meaningful green spaces.”
