Off the back of what’s being dubbed Australia’s most ‘congestion-busting’ budget yet, with the Australian Federal Government set to invest $15 billion into new road and rail projects in 2019, Principal and National Education Sector Leader, Mark van den Enden shared his thoughts with Architecture & Design about how rail is shaping Australian cities.

The Architectus rail team is currently commissioned to work on a number of significant rail projects, working collaboratively with the Victorian Government towards positive outcomes including the Melbourne Airport Rail link, Melbourne Metro tunnels and the Sydney Metro City and Southwest as part of Metron consortium.
