The ambitious design achieves environmental sustainability through an integrated and innovative design principle of optimum solar orientation. An Australian first for high energy performance skins and insulated façade minimise solar heat gain and maximises daylight and views.

The building’s articulation and set-back of individual offices from the perimeter facade passively protects interior spaces from thermal heat-gain, minimising reliance on mechanical cooling. In addition, rooftop photovoltaic panels maximise the capture of solar energy for re-use within the building, and rainwater is also captured and recycled.
