100 Mount Street receives international property award

100 Mount Street, designed in association with Skidmore Owings & Merrill (SOM), was recently announced winner of Best Commercial High-Rise Development in Australia at the International Property Awards 2019.

Located in North Sydney, the 39 storey mixed-use tower sets a new benchmark for workplace design, public amenity and environmental performance.

Working within the boundaries of the approved envelope, the tower form is born from a regular rectangular floor plate featuring highly transparent glazing subtly articulated by exposed structural elements. The resultant form is an elegant glass volume oriented toward the north and south with its core and structure expressed on the east and west.
