Parramatta City Council commissioned Architectus to develop a planning framework that can establish Parramatta as Sydney’s premier Regional City.

Ermington Master Plan

Located on Parramatta River, near Silverwater Road Bridge, this 20 ha site previously housed Commonwealth Department of Defence Naval Stores. Architectus prepared the Master Plan which provides for 600 to 650 dwellings.

Epping Town Centre Urban Activation Precinct

Architectus was engaged by the NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure to prepare a Structure Plan, Public Domain Plan and Development Controls for the Epping Town Centre core.

Baima Lake Master Plan

The Architectus Master Plan is informed by the existing natural and cultural attributes of the Baima Lake region and creates a benchmark for ecological, creative, innovative, sensitive and progressive tourist development.

Bungarribee Precinct Western Sydney Parklands

Architectus successfully designed and delivered a new fit-out of an existing 1990’s commercial floor-plate including three new Courtrooms, Members' Chambers, Registry and associated offices within 6 weeks of engagement.

Na’s House

The inspiration for this house came from spatial qualities, materials and craft reflecting those histories and sensibilities, and the owners’ love and knowledge of the local indigenous subtropical landscape of this semi-rural area.
