The inspiration for this house came from spatial qualities, materials and craft reflecting those histories and sensibilities, and the owners’ love and knowledge of the local indigenous subtropical landscape of this semi-rural area.

Architectus’ proposal for the redevelopment of an existing office tower into a premium residential address seeks to provide a strong identifiable form that will make a positive addition to the Sydney skyline and relate to the streetscape at ground level.

The Bendigo TAFE and Kangan Institute has experienced a significant increase in enrolments in the past year, and yesterday in Bendigo the Minister for Training and Skills Gayle Tierney announced that Architectus has been appointed to design the $60 million redevelopment of Bendigo TAFE’s City Campus, in partnership with Six Degrees.
