Located on Parramatta River, near Silverwater Road Bridge, this 20 ha site previously housed Commonwealth Department of Defence Naval Stores. Architectus prepared the Master Plan which provides for 600 to 650 dwellings.

The Architectus Master Plan is informed by the existing natural and cultural attributes of the Baima Lake region and creates a benchmark for ecological, creative, innovative, sensitive and progressive tourist development.

Bungarribee Precinct Western Sydney Parklands

Stretching 27 km from Quakers Hill to Leppington and comprising 5500 hectares, the Western Sydney Parklands is set to be one of the biggest urban parklands in the world.

Architectus, in association with MPH Architects – Lead Principal Consultant, has created an iconic education destination and new identity for South Australian TAFE.

Queensland Industrial Relations Commission

Architectus successfully designed and delivered a new fit-out of an existing 1990’s commercial floor-plate including three new Courtrooms, Members' Chambers, Registry and associated offices within 6 weeks of engagement.

Na’s House

The inspiration for this house came from spatial qualities, materials and craft reflecting those histories and sensibilities, and the owners’ love and knowledge of the local indigenous subtropical landscape of this semi-rural area.
