A project leader with over 15 years’ experience, Sophie’s strength is working with clients, stakeholders and the wider design team in the process of creating meaningful places and buildings from the initial briefing and concepts, through to completion.

Sophie delivers a supportive and empowering leadership style to her team which fosters engaging relationships with people and communities. 

With a previous advertising and marketing background her approach to communication is hands-on and accessible, forging trusting relationships with clients, stakeholders and sub-consultants through commitment and honest dialogue. 

With a clear preference for articulating the human connection in civic and public architecture, Sophie is motivated by engaging with communities through architecture and delivering public benefit outcomes.
