Lynne Hancock

Lynne has over 20 years’ experience delivering urban design frameworks, master plans, centre and precinct structure plans, and design controls and guidelines. She has a special interest in integrated land use, transport and urban design projects, and in embedding ‘people and place’ outcomes in engineering design processes. Lynne has led multidisciplinary teams on many large, complex infrastructure projects and is committed to working at, and learning from, the interface between urban, architectural, landscape and engineering design.

Lynne has been a member of Design Review and Independent Hearing and Assessment Panels in NSW and New Zealand continually since 2006 and is an Independent Urban Design Professional Advisor to the New Zealand Transport Agency. She is currently a member of the Sydney Light Rail Urban Domain Reference Panel and has recently been appointed to the pilot NSW State Design Review Panel (SDRP) and Sydney Light Rail Urban Domain Reference Panel.
